Whether you're competing, or just passionate about horses, this class will help you:
Build Essential Riding Strength – focused upper body, core, and leg exercises
Boost Flexibility and Stability – targeted mobility work for shoulders, hips, and knees
Enhance Your Saddle Performance – more control, less fatigue
You'll warm up, work out, and cool down with expert guidance!
